吴中盛，政策研究博士，博士毕业于马里兰大学公共政策学院。担任浙江大学“百人计划”研究员、博士生导师，供职于公共管理学院政府管理系，兼任浙江大学社会治理研究院、浙江大学共享与发展研究院、浙江大学民生保障与公共治理研究中心等多个智库研究员。主要研究方向为社会组织与公益慈善，具体研究领域包括捐赠行为、志愿服务、非营利组织透明与责信、政府购买公共服务、政府与社会组织关系等。在Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, Voluntas, Administration & Society, the American Review of Public Administration, Journal of Chinese Governance, Applied Research in Quality of Life等国际期刊发表论文多篇，同时担任多个国际期刊，如Social Forces, The China Quarterly, Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, Voluntas, Nonprofit Management and Leadership, Public Administration, Public Performance & Management Review, Local Government Studies, British Journal of Social Work, Development and Change,Voluntary Sector Review, Nonprofit Policy Forum, Journal of Nonprofit Education and Leadership等，以及学术会议Academy of Management Public and Nonprofit Division Conference的匿名评审人。
